This project encompassed a broad range of improvements to Gaskin Avenue in Douglas, Georgia. The age and condition of water and wastewater systems beneath the street was contributing to the poor suface and drainage conditions, as well as frequent utility disruptions for residents and businesses in the area.
The design included installation of new water and sewer infrastructure, pavement, and drainage structures. Sliplining of existing sewer mains was also utilized to minimize costs in certain areas.
